Culinary Chemistry / Quimica Culinaria (An Innovative Family Cooking Workshop)

This innovative workshop will answer that question and more. You will discover how to prepare food more easily, how to preserve the nutritional values in food, and what foods are specifically beneficial for the heart and treating diabetes.

Throughout this exciting three hour workshop, the chef and the instructor will explore the chemical and biochemical proper ties of food to help you maximize the nutritional value, as well as the taste of your meals.
