Qupe & Ethan Winemaker Dinner

Saturday evening, June 4, Local Three is pleased to welcome second generation winemaking boy wonder Ethan Lindquist for an intimate winemaker dinner. Ethan grew up in his family's Qupe winery in Los Olivos, California. His dad Bob is a pioneer in the American winemaking world for identifying and successfully growing beautiful French Rhone varietals in the Central Coast. Today, Ethan is following in Bob's footsteps and with his own label - Ethan. Also focusing on Rhone varietals, Ethan likes to also dabble off the beaten path with wines like Sangiovese. Reception is at 6:30pm, dinner at 7pm.

Chef Chris Hall will prepare a spectacular seven-course menu to accompany the following wines:

08 Qupe Los Olivos Cuvee (Syrah/Grenache/Mourvedre blend)

Tickets are $128 per person (including tax & gratuity).
($100 ticket price, $8 tax & $20 gratuity - a small processing fee from Brown Paper Tickets will apply.)
