May Day at the Marston House - San Diego's Garden Party
It's Mothers Day Weekend!! Spoil your mom and spend the day at the beautiful Marston House Museum & Gardens during the second annual May Day at the Marston House - San Diego's Garden Party on May 7, 2011, 10am-4pm. This festive, all-day garden event features gardening and nature activities, art displays, music, and guided tours that fill the property's five, lush acres on the northwest corner of Balboa Park.
Come see the unveiling of "Balboa Park," the 2015 San Diego Exposition Centennial Geranium, first time introduction and sale by the Geranium George Project!
Invitational Plein-Air Art Show by San Diego Artists
California Art Club, artists working on site
Relax in the formal gardens with free refreshments
Musical performances during the day include classical, jazz, & chamber
Make your own May basket
Enjoy the wine garden (additional fee, 21 & over only)
