David Amram and the Dylan Perrillo Orchestra

Legendary & unconventional composer, conductor and multi-instrumentalist DavidAmramjoins young, colorful and seriously talented 12-piece band the Dylan Perrillo Orchestra for a one-time-only collaboration. Amram will sit in with the full DPO playing swing and jazz from the 1920s to '40s, as well as his own improvisational pieces backed by the band's percussion and horn players.

In the spirit of collaboration and solidarity for downtown Saratoga arts and entertainment, UPH will partner with long established musical institution Caffè Lena for 2 of the performances in the UPH's second annual LIVE! Music Series: the series opener in July with David Amram joined by the Dylan Perrillo Orchestra held at UPH, and the series close with The Howard Fishman Quintet performing the 'Basement Tapes Project,' a two night event held at Caffè Lena on October 2nd and 3rd, 2015.
