LezMoveSA:Self-Defense

#LezrideSA Coalition is hosting free Self-Defense classes every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. sharp, for the month of June for our LGBTQ and Ally community.

For the month of July 2015- we will offer Free Zumba classes same time, same place.
For the month of August 2015- we will offer Free Yoga same time, same place.

Bring your own reusable water bottle.
Water will be provided.
Bring your own towel.
Get ready to sweat, and have fun!

The LezRideSA Coalition uses cycling and exercise to promote, inspire and support LGBTQ inclusion, diversity, wellness and community building through healthy adventures.

MISSION
Our outreach activities, fundraisers and education will connect and educate our LGBTQ community by offering team-building opportunities through camping, climbing, cycling, fitness, hiking, paddling, travel and outfitting.
