Tuesday Nights 7:30-9pm July 14th, 21st and 28th.

I am excited to offer a Level 2 deepening our exploration of Finding Your Natural Voice and the healing power of sound.

In Level 2 we'll be expanding on some of the Level 1 groundwork while exploring new territory including:

*developing our creative capacity and spontaneity
*deeper breath work
*expansion of our sacred language/mantra/cross cultural chant
*opportunities for individual experimentation and expression (no pressure and not required:)
*sound healing experiences

In a playful and supportive, empowering space we'll progress gradually through a series of fun exercises and experiences. Both introverts and extroverts will enjoy.

Sound healing/shamanic counselor Zia Sunseri will be assisting me/us with sound healing instruments and energetic support. www.ziasunseri.com

There's nothing more personal and powerful than the voice as an instrument because it's so connected with our identity and life force. Finding our natural vocal expression involves a connection with our breath, body and primal spirit.

The natural voice springs from our natural state of being, which is really where we want to be.
