Bistro Supper Club
Join us for a gourmet "theme" dinner prepared each month by Dr. Jane Liedtke in our bistro kitchen. Dinner will include appetizer while you meet other dinner guests, a starter, main course served family-style at our pub tables, and dessert with coffee/tea. BYOB.
Live musical entertainment during dinner by local jazz-blues guitarist/singer, Phil Clement.
German-style cucumbers and onions with sour-cream dill dressing. Chinese-style sugared radish slices with soy sauce. New potatoes with warm honey-Dijon vinaigrette dressing and fresh herbs. Oven-roasted corn on the cob. Silk Road lamb burgers on brioche buns with choice of toppings. Midwest pulled pork sliders wth chili-lime chipotle marinade. Fresh fruit compote with vanilla gelato.
Reservations required by August 4.
