Returning Home

Movement Continuum, Lexington's contemporary dance company, is ready to premiere the first show of its fifth anniversary season, Returning Home, on May 15th at the Downtown Arts Center in the Black Box Theatre at 7:30 p.m.! Two more shows will follow on Saturday, May 16 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 17 at 2:30 p.m. Returning Home follows Movement Continuum's tradition of spring shows that focus on the stunning connections that evolve within human relationships of family, friendship, and love. Reminiscent of Movement Continuum's last spring show, Finding Home, Returning Home showcases its dancers in the most genuine, honest light, focusing on their emotions and evolutions as women. Returning Home is a show that tells the story of coming home to the people you love, the things you love, and the places you hold most dear through contemporary dancers and choreography.

Movement Continuum's Season Five cast includes : Mina, Adams, Alexa Brandon, Melissa Crawford, Ashley Davis, Megan Doll, Kate Hadfield, Anna Gibson Hawkins, Ashley Roberts, Karsyn Rohach, Mary Kate Slone, Cara Terry, Brooke Thomas and Raisa Tikhtman.
