Are you in the mood to be wildly entertained? To see a story from your own life performed live on stage? To feel part of a community of audience members: laughing, crying, bearing their souls, and celebrating life, love, madness, and the pursuit of everything in between?
Maybe you'd just like to relax & watch our skilled actors and musicians work their improv magic.
It's all happening at our next performance of Playback Theater: Where Your Stories come to Life on the Spot.
Playback Theater is an improvisational form of theater whereby audience members tell a story from their lives and watch them enacted on the spot by an ensemble of actors and musicians. The focus is on illuminating the essence of the story using spoken improvisation, movement, ritual and music. Sometimes a story shared may be thoughtful, sad, funny, tragic, or inspiring!
Tickets:
$15.00 in advance
$17.00 at the door
