Bos Meadery Side-by-Side Honey Varietal and Mead Tasting (May 9, 2015)
Learn more about aromas and flavors of different varietals of honey in this side by side tasting of honeys and meads. Colleen and Peter from Bos Meadery will lead attendees on a tasting of 5 honeys: Clover, Wisconsin Wildflower, Mad Urban Bees, Cranberry Blossom and Buckwheat and we will also taste 5 meads that are made using each of the varietals. This is a journey that will help attendees appreciate the amazing array of honey flavors and the remarkable and unique ways that each honey shapes the mead that results from it.
Tickets are $20. The event will include a tour of Bos Meadery and a free tasting glass.
Advance tickets strongly recommended, as this event has sold out in the past.
