Taraf de Locos!

In their Boston area debut, Taraf de Locos is a five-piece band based out of San Francisco, California. Featuring music from Albania, Turkey, Greece, Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, and more, the group creates a stunning, original evening of international song.

Their history as childhood friends creates a unique chemistry that is palpable in their refined, innovative sound and the many divergent traditions are fused together to create some startlingly fresh magic!

Taraf de Locos recently released their self-titled debut album, which includes music from an array of cultures, representing their eclectic sound. The album features eight traditional songs from seven different countries, and two original compositions. After promoting the brand new album in the Bay Area for two months, the band is scheduled to tour the U.S. starting in mid-March. The tour will pass through major cities such as Phoenix, Santa Fe, Austin, Nashville, Boston, New York City, and New Orleans.
