In this hands-on cooking class, you'll whip up classic rubs, marinades and sauces from around the world - the perfect pairings to spice up your next cookout. Chef Leo will share his tricks and tips for mastering the grill as we prepare Shrimp, Chicken, and Pork using the wet and dry marinades you've created - plus, you'll make two traditional BBQ sauces to take home!
