A Celebration of All Things Irish - Carollo-Burke-Grasso
Warm up for St. Patrick's Day with a celebration of all things green. Feel the lilt of jigs and reels from the land of great storytellers and characters. Tunes that reach from the 167th Century to the present, performed by a trio of seasoned, passionate players of Irish music - Eliot Grasso (pipes and flute), Dan Carollo (guitar), and Susan McCroskey Burke (fiddle). Special guests Richard Fynn and Dawn Madsen (vocals and Irish dance). This threesome brings brilliant nuances to Irish dance music, electrifying a blend of the tradition's cherished reels and jigs with cutting- edge sound of newly imagined and original tunes. Grasso, a uniquely acclaimed Uillean pipe, flute player, and guitarist Dan Carollo have for years recorded the finest in Irish music and are  joined now with fiddler Susan McCroskey Burke. The sound is heart-lifting.
