Open Kitchen's Gluten Free Baking Workshop
In our Gluten-Free Baking Workshop, you'll learn how to make your own gluten-free flour mixes along with baking up delicious gluten-free savories and a sweet treat from Chef Quientina, a certified Executive Pastry Chef from the American Culinary Federation. Now you'll be able to enjoy fresh homemade gluten-free goodies anytime!

GF All-Purpose Flour Mix
GF Self-Rising Flour Mix
GF Bread Flour Mix
This class requires a minimum of TEN STUDENTS so if you are interested, please invite your friends and family to join you! If we do not meet the minimum students, the class will be cancelled and a refund issued.
