Body love does not have to be some woo-woo concept! It's a skill you can gain to make your sex life delicious. Virgie Tovar developed Body Love Practice through her own journey to body celebration, and this class offers the fundamentals of the practice. You'll try some exercises tailored to unmask your fantasies, your desires, and your sexual history, and learn how to revel in your inner sex god/goddess through a series of playful hands-on activities. You'll also discover what it feels like to be fully present and engaged, how to receive pleasure shamelessly, and how to communicate what you need to feel sexy.
