Join Ariel and Liz for a day of Acro. This workshop will introduce you to one long flow - combining tricks from both sides of the pond, bound together in new and exciting ways. Prepare to be dazzled, inspired and challenged.

Pre-requisites:
Aside from general badd-assery and a willingness to struggle, we ask that you come to this workshop with the following list of tricks in your repertoire:
>Stars - side, reverse, mono
>Tuck sit - rolling into, out of, and through
>A-sym - flyers must be able to balance on one hand and one foot, bases must be able to differentiate between legs and arms while balancing precious cargo
>Foot to - hand, forearm, shin, and foot
>Solid handstand practice - this doesn't mean that you can nail a one-armed handstand, but this does mean that you are willing to try doing a handstand on someones knees, for example
>Honest self assessment
>Good spotting skills
>Ability to attend to the present moment with limited distractibility for the shiny sparkly things that will inevitably move through your peripheral vision
