Westland Distillery Whiskey Seminar and Barbecue Social

The AIWF would like to invite for a Whiskey Seminar with Westland Distillery Master Distiller Matt Hoffman. Includes A tour, discussion of distillation and production of whiskey, and a comparative tasting.

Includes a Barbecue and whiskey pairing with Bitterroot Barbecue.
Bitterroot Barbecue will have on hand:
Pulled Pork
Baby Back Ribs
Tall Grass Slider Buns
Smoked Chicken
Mac 'n' Cheese
Coleslaw
An array of house made BBQ Sauces

This new event is brought to by The American Institute of Wine & Food is a national non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the understanding, appreciation and quality of wine and food through fun educational experiences in support of Scholarship programs. All funds raised by AIWF go to scholarships.

AIWF is a 501-c 3 non profit organization founded in 1981 by Julia Child, Robert Mondavi and Richard Graff.
