DIVAfest 3rd Annual Gala Fundraiser

A glittering evening of music, theatre, and cabaret to kick off a dynamic and daring new season of DIVAfest events and performances! To kick off DIVAfest 2015, we've put together a glittering night of live performance featuring women in the spotlight. Please join us for musical, literary and theatrical entertainment, to celebrate another year of fresh and daring new programming and meet the artists behind DIVAfest!

The evening's entertainment will include:
* excerpts from "Hilarity," a new play by Allison Page about a girl named Cyd. She's not so nice. She's not so sober. She's not so happy. But she is funny, a comic on the edge of destruction. Being produced by DIVAfest in March.
* excerpts from "Loud and Unladylike," new plays by local playwrights Rachel Bublitz, Claire Rice, and Tracy Held Potter about historically significant, but lesser known women. Being presented in a stage reading festival by DIVAfest in June.
* excerpts from "DIVA or Die," the monthly burlesque revue presented by DIVAfest.
* and other performances by friends of DIVAfest!
