Neha
Neha's music has that nostalgic quality to it, one that will have you feeling like you're sitting in a Parisian street café sipping a glass of champagne. Her arrangements are thoughtful and complex, and her sumptuous powerhouse of a voice will leave you awed at the 5'2 framed young Indian woman. A gifted singer, composer & pianist, Neha's style can be characterized as a smorgasbord of musical personalities. She cites influences such as Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, Otis Redding, Donny Hathaway, Sam Cooke, Dinah Washington, and Carmen MacRae, to name a few. While definitely rooted in jazz, elements of folk, blues, pop and her mother's classical indian musical background also permeate. Neha, a recent recipient of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest finalist award for her original song 'The Willow Tree,' released her debut album in January 2014, "The Dreamer." She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY where she teaches on the faculty at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music in Park Slope and at the Jalopy Theater and Music School in Red Hook.

Hemway
Hemway is a melodic, song-oriented pop/rock band from Boston. Hemway's songs feature emotionally rich lyrics and unusual instrument voicing and relationships. Band members (James Brooks, Shaun Utter, and Anna Rae) draw on years of performing and touring experience to bring audiences an energetic and eclectic mix of songs that reference multiple genres including blues, pop, folk, rock and ska.

Bury Me Standing
Bury Me Standing is a strange intertwining of Balkan folksong, experimental metal, and psychedelic rock. Their unique instrumentation includes the Marimba Lumina, electric and upright basses, sintir, acoustic and electric violin, electric guitar, drums, and vocals. The band was co-founded by a Bulgarian marimbist who grew up behind the Iron Curtain listening to American metal (Vessela Stoyanova), and an American prog-rock drummer who later became enamored with Balkan folk music (Nate Greenslit). Its core personnel has evolved to include a Tunisian violinist/vocalist who left the classical world for the avant garde (Yasmine Azaiez), and an American bassist influenced by free jazz (Tony Leva).
