Songstress extraordinaire Rose Polenzani, joined tonight by friends Anais Mitchell, Amy Correia, Antje Duvekot, Laura Cortese, Dave Godowsky, Jess Tardy, Kimber Ludiker, David Champagne, Dinty Child, Billy Beard, Andy Santospago, and of course The Stranger, has put together a free wheeling, unrehearsed celebration of tremendous songwriting, joyous singing and spontaneous interviews. These shows have become so successful and so much fun that Rose decided to hold session at the Lizard on a continuing basis. Each show will have at least one "stranger" - a singer/songwriter (hopefully) unknown to Rose and Company. After performing a song the Stranger becomes the subject of a short but oh-so-engaging interview by Rose. Look for shows to be scheduled near the end of every month.
