Narrative Improvisation Course

Everything is relevant, useful and fun!"

A class in improvising stories and plays. Everybody loves a good yarn, so come learn to make them up! This class works on connecting scenes and events into narratives, so you and the audience get to know and love a character, sympathise with their lows and celebrate their highs. Your characters will go through journeys, discover different sides of themselves and maybe even learn something along the way.

A clearer understanding of what stories are, what it feels like to tell them, knowing how to keep things simple, be obvious and give satisfying endings. Using techniques from acting, you will also become more relaxed and confident onstage and expand the scope of your improvisation.

This course is designed for people who have done some improvisation before. It is the ideal next step after the Longform course starting in September.
