13th Cine Las Americas International Film Festival Film Pass

The Cine Las Americas Film Pass grants the holder preferred access to all film screenings at the festival, including opening and closing night. It also includes exclusive invitations to festival parties, receptions and other special events.

Each year, the Cine Las Americas International Film Festival brings together Latino and indigenous filmmakers, actors, and screenwriters from all across the Americas and the Iberian Peninsula. This invaluable cross-cultural exchange enriches the Austin community, connecting diverse audiences with the rest of the world. The festival screens narrative and documentary feature and short films, as well as experimental, animation and youth films in competitive and non-competitive sections.

Every year, Cine Las Americas invites filmmakers, producers and distributors to bring their work to Austin and participate in this unique international event. All the films screened at the festival are subtitled in English. The screenings take place at state-of-the-art multiplex theaters as well as local art house venues. A close connection between the public and festival guests makes the Cine Las Americas International Film Festival a unique environment in which to nurture cultural exchange, promote artistic excellence, and have lots of fun through the best Latino and indigenous films.

The festival program offers a wide variety of entertainment, cultural, and educational choices for diverse audiences of all kinds, from the latest dramatic films made by breakthrough directors, to established studio releases, challenging documentaries, short films, entertaining animation series, and the always surprising youth films.
