True wellness encompasses supporting our mind, body, and nutrition. Often during busy seasons these areas are put on the back burner. The holidays are not the time to put yourself last, on autopilot or into a frenzy. This is an opportunity to take a time out for yourself and recenter. In a small group setting (no more than 7 participants) we will start the class with B12 shots and nutrient dense treats. Next we will have a discussion on what exactly is stress, how it effects the body and what can we do to support our bodies during the holiday season and beyond. We will then move our bodies for 45 minutes on the Pilates Reformer. New to Pilates? Dont worry we will offer modifications for all skill levels. The class will end with a cool down and meditation where Dr. Murella will provide acupuncture. Our goal is for you to leave feeling relaxed and recharged to enjoy the rest of your holiday season.
