Join us for an evening of wine and food pairing fun in our Tuscan Pavilion. We will be featuring a flight of four pre-selected wines with snack size food pairings. Our winemaker and other wine stewards will be on hand to greet you at your table and discuss the basics of how we paired our wines and small bites.

Select your flight and enjoy our awarded wines perfectly paired with complimenting bites. Take home tasting notes and recipe cards to impress the guests at your next gathering and leave with much more confidence in your wine and food pairing skills.

Dry Flight:
BEST IN SHOW Chambourcin, TOP WHITE Vignoles, 90 Point Chambourcin Rosé & Gold Medal Papas Rosa paired with:
Salami & Smoked Gouda, Cowboy Caviar, Dried Apricots, Strawberries, Brownies

Sweet Flight:
Chambourcin Blush, Rocky Comfort White, Rocky Comfort Red & Hysterica paired with:
Salami, Ham Pinwheels, Dried Apricots, White Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Strawberries, Parmesan Crisps
