New Year's Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner

Saturday, January 22nd at the Maple Shade Barn

Enjoy a traditional Pennsylvania Dutch New Year's Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner at the Maple Shade Barn (35 Greenbriar Lane, Dillsburg). This delicious meal is being prepared by Mark and Brenda Baumgardner! The menu includes roasted pork and sauerkraut, hog maw, corn, applesauce, and mashed potatoes. Plan on having a dessert of cake too!

For dining in, tickets are $10 ($15 all you can eat) in advance or at the door beginning at 6:00 pm.

Carry out orders are $10 a plate and do not include hog maw. These meals should be ordered in advance and must be picked up between 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm.

NYCHAPS reserves the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If NYCHAPS cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. In the case of last minute event cancellations, all efforts will be made to inform ticket holders of the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
