Flow Yoga
AGES: 18+ | Instructors: Jill Levenderis, Lori Gloeckner & Savannah Hofer
60 minute gentle flow yoga. Learn the art of coordinating bodily postures and your breath through gentle flowing movement. Safe, compassionate, non-competitive environment. All are welcome, no experience necessary. Dress for movement. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

The accessible entrance is on the south side of the western wall of the building (the one facing our parking lot). From the lobby, take the elevator from the ground level to the 1st floor. Turn left twice in quick succession and walk to the end of the hall.
