STATEN ISLAND! THE MUSICAL is the romantic comedy you've been waiting for. The pandemic may have hit our community hard, but we're determined to bring everyone back together with the opportunity to laugh at ourselves and our neighbors. In this original musical comedy written and created by native Staten Islanders Matt Izzo and Sal Volpe, borough residents burst into song and dance as they explore well-known locations across Richmond County where they may encounter a romance on the ferry or a betrayal at the mall. Are dancing turkeys, spot-saving traffic cones, and some charismatic mall walkers enough to keep our characters in this beloved borough, or is it time for them to cross the bridge to a new terrain known as New Jersey?
