Creative Wellness

Creative Wellness- A day of nurturing with Katie Packham and Lynell Garfield. Our day together is made of two parts.

The first begins with Lynell in the Yoga Room. Light stretching and a guided meditation will clear energy and bring clarity. We will create roller ball remedies afterwards, and our goal is to send you home with lighter energy and an ability to tap into your own flow! We will learn about natural remedies, as we make essential oil blends for: respiratory challenges, to smooth out digestion, soothe skin irritations, elevate immunity, and more! Two remedies are included, more are available for a fee.

We will gather on the lawn for lunch, and then spend the rest of the afternoon in the studio making Mosaic Mandalas with Katie.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and sack lunch. Everything else is provided.

Please note our Cancellation Policy: Preregistration is required for all classes including payment in full. A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class. If there is a waiting list or you can find someone to fill your spot, we will offer a full refund.

COVID-19 Safety protocol: For the safety of teachers as well as students, we will be requiring anyone in the studio taking classes or shopping, to wear masks and keep their hands clean. Students can go outside to take breaks and get fresh air during class, but must be masked at all times inside the studio. If you anticipate this being too cumbersome please wait to register for a class at a later date when these restrictions are lifted. Classes will be limited to six students as we ease into reopening. Studio and common tools will be sanitized after each workshop.
