Bistro fare is at the heart of French cooking, offering simple yet memorable dishes. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make traditional classics from scratch: Croque monsieur - a baked sandwich with ham, Gruyère and velvety béchamel, and chocolate pot de crème. Jill will demonstrate salade niçoise. At the end of class, we will enjoy our culinary creations with a glass of vin blanc.
Instructor: Jill Simmons.
This is a hands-on class.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
