Hole in the Wall Consignment & Thrift Store celebrates its 45th Anniversary with a Gala at Woodwinds, 29 Schoolground Road, Branford, CT 06405,(just off I-95, Exit 56).

About HOLE IN THE WALL:
Hole in the Wall, Guilford's oldest and only non-profit consignment and thrift store, is located at 35 Boston Street, across from Guilford Savings Bank in the Boston Commons shopping center. In 2020, Hole in the Wall celebrates its 45th year of continuous support of Guilford's A Better Chance program.

About GUILFORD A BETTER CHANCE:
GABC provides, quite literally, A Better Chance to academically gifted students of color who come from communities lacking access to quality educational opportunities. Six promising scholars live as a family with a resident director in a house owned by the program. They attend Guilford High School and participate in school, sports and community activities, supported by caring adults who provide day-to-day guidance and helping hands. Guilford A Better Chance provides an environment for these young scholars to explore their interests, develop their strengths, and benefit from opportunities they might otherwise be denied. The education our scholars receive at Guilford High School allows them to excel and compete effectively in colleges, universities and the workplace. Our scholars go forward to change our world for the better!
