RSVP On the Big Screen - One Night Only: The Sound of Giving
Join us for the world premier preview showing of the short film "The Sound of Giving" created for PBS television by Emmy Award winning producer, Mike Bloebaum.
The film follows Sacramento choral sensation, RSVP (Reconciliation Singers: Voices of Peace), over the course of their spring 2019 season as they prepare concerts in support of Joshuas House Hospice (Sacramento), the first such facility on the west coast dedicated to serving the terminally ill homeless.
After the 24 minute film, there will be a question and answer session with: Film Producer, Mike Bloebaum Film Editor, Larry Huntington RSVP Artistic Director and Radio Host, Jennifer Reason Joshua's House Founder, Dr. Marlene M. von Friederichs-Fitzwater And Mike Sanford, Associate General Manager of KVIE, Sacramento's PBS affiliate.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to purchase popcorn, beverages and snacks at the Tower Theater concession stand for enjoying during this heartwarming and exciting event. The Sound of Giving companion soundtrack CD will be available for purchase in the lobby.
