Farm Days: WalkTails, A Foraged Cocktail Hour
Join The Outside Institute founder Laura Silverman for a foraging walk for the natural ingredients to make a fine cocktail. There will be live music and discussion about foraging with this interesting outdoor naturalist.
Laura will also have copies of the Institutes Field Guides to the Hudson and Upper Delaware Valleys (Vol 2: Summer now available) for sale. Get your copy with its beautiful illustrations autographed.
Farm Days are monthly workshops that focus on farming, food, and ecology. Led by professionals and self-taught experts in their field, Farm Day workshops are open to all community members and take place at the Farm Arts Collective greenhouse, at Willow Wisp Organic Farm. Workshops typically include farm fresh refreshments.
