Join us at the CommonWealth Press Warehouse in The Hilltop/Allentown neighborhood for a full evening of fun including a Five-Course Prix Fixe meal.
Start off your evening with a cocktail hour hosted by Morgantown's Hill & Hollow mix-master extraordinaire, Chett Watts. Two drink tickets are included with each reservation.
From there, you'll move over to family-style twelve-top tables for a five-course meal executed by the Vagabond Chef, Matt Welsch, owner and operator of Wheeling's Vagabond Kitchen.
Wheeling musician, Adrian Niles, will be providing a musical backdrop for cocktail hour and the first half of dinner, after which we will be joined by Pittsburgh-based, Bonnie & the Mere Mortals.

Who's this chef, anyway!?
Owner of Vagabond Kitchen--traveling chef and adventurer--Matt Welsch is the Vagabond Chef. Having traveled extensively through America and overseas exploring different places, their culture, and their food Welsch finds out what chefs, cooks, and restauranteurs are doing, how theyre doing it, and why. Recent $20k winner of Guys Grocery Games on Food Network, Welsch continues to build on his notoriety by being Taste West Viriginias cover story for Spring 2018. The Vagabond Chef cooks for the world one kitchen at a time. Follow him on social media to keep in the know on his travels, guest chef spots, and pop-up dinners.
Tell me more about Adrian Niles!
Adrian Niles is an expressive musician, an earnest songwriter, and a self-conscious soul singer. Niles fuses the raw passion of his blues and the inherent subtlety of his folk tradition with the force and swagger of Rock and Roll.
And who are Bonnie & the Mere Mortals, again?
Blending Appalachian folk with goth genres, Bonnie and the Mere Mortals uses a juxtaposition of analog and digital to show that the stories aren't so different. Destin LeCornu, Mike Simms, Sam Phillips, and Bonnie Ramone seek to create something different, yet familiar. Bonnie Ramone is an artist and musician bred from a mix of Merle Haggard and Robert Smith. She sprouted from rural Pennsyltucky on a small farm that took far too long to gain internet access. While her other projects have all been metal music, Bonnie & the Mere Mortals is a return to values and stories that were previously abandoned with a new perspective. Heartbreak, drugs, murder ballads, depression, love, big hair, the color black--the stories stay the same. This is an exploration of those stories and a homecoming.
