Homeroom: Summer School Comedy!

Join us Friday, June 14th at the HiTone for the return of what some have called the funniest, silliest, and most unique comedy show in Memphis!

"Homeroom" is a comedy show that builds on a tradition of forcing comedians into difficult situations for the audience's amusement. What makes it unique is that all the challenges are inspired by school! Perhaps a comedian will have to give a presentation with a malfunctioning slide show they've never seen or struggle to give an impromptu book report. Whatever the outcome, the audience will have a chance to give them the grade that they earned, and only one comedian will walk away as the comedy valedictorian!

Speaking of audience participation, audience members are encouraged to bring props for "Comedian Show and Tell", silly or unusual textbooks for "Substitute Teacher", and a cell phone to text in roasts for the "Virtual Yearbook". Don't worry, we'll provide the crayons for art class!

Doors open at 7:00pm and the show will start at 7:30pm. Tickets are $10 in advance through Brown Paper Tickets or $15 at the door. Due to the improvised nature of the show, it is recommended for those ages 18+.
