Anthony Donofrio Memorial Golf Outing

Anthony Paul Donofrio, age 34, passed away on March 11, 2018. After years of fighting, Anthony lost his battle with addiction. Those who love him will always remember his unconditional love, silly sense of humor, love for great music, willingness to help anyone, belly laughs and his incredible bear hugs.

Join us in celebration of Anthony's life at our inaugural Memorial Golf Outing on June 2nd at 11am at Pleasant Hill Golf Course in Chardon, Ohio.

It's an 11AM Shotgun Start rain or shine. It will be a Scramble format and there will be a lunch buffet following your round. We will also have a 50/50 Raffle with some great prizes! The best part is that it is for a great cause and you can help save the lives of others struggling with addiction.
