Imagine walking into a ballroom filled with unlimited samples of dessert, savory treats, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages - all for you to taste! Plus mingle with chefs and restaurant owners as you sample treats. That's Bake! 100% of proceeds support ending hunger in Oregon.

Bake is one of the premier dessert tasting events in Portland, bringing together the culinary industry with Portland community members.

With the purchase of a ticket to Bake, you will gain access to a room full of treats. We will primarily feature local chefs and restaurants sharing samples of desserts, as well as some savory treats. Local beverage makers will be on hand to share samples of drinks to quench your thirst - from cocktails to non-alcoholic drinks. Meet local chefs and more as you taste your way through the event. Bake also features the famous cake raffle! Buy a raffle ticket and enter to win one of a dozen specialty cakes or desserts from a local chef. Take the cake home and enjoy!

Simmer: Dinner with a Mission will feature Chef AJ Voytko of The Porter Hotel, and winner of a James Beard Rising Star Award. Learn more about our work on Hunger-Free Schools, and have the exclusive chance to bid on amazing food + drink packages. We will enjoy cocktail hour, a delicious meal, and then head into the tasting event together for dessert.

Accessibility Information:
Portland Art Museum is an accessible space for people of all mobilities. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance to the Mark building. There is also a small elevator to access the sunken ballroom. Spaces between the booths will be large enough for a wheelchair or other mobility device to pass through.
