Rock'n the Grove

Outdoor live concert featuring the bands Eighty6 and Sucker Punch. Gates open at 5pm, Eighty takes the stage at 7:00pm followed by Sucker Punch at 9pm. This is a BYOB event, however, NO glass bottles will be permitted on the grounds. Food stands will be open for food and non-alcoholic beverages purchase. Bring your lawn chairs for a night of entertainment. This is a rain or shine event. This event is being co-sponsored by the McClure Bean Soup Fesitval/Fair Committee and the McClure Volunteer Fire Dept.

Eighty6 is a Classic Rock band that was formed in August 2012. We are Tom Fitzgerald (vocals and guitar), Steve Scholl (guitar and vocals), Mike Carroll (drums and percussion), and Bob Clough (bass guitar and vocals).Our setlists are full of high energy, danceable music that includes songs from the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash, REO Speedwagon, AC/DC, and many other classic and newer artists.

SUCKER PUNCH is Billy Kerstetter bassist from HARPO, Chris Silvagni guitarist from HARPO, Tim Conrad drummer, formerly from The Loons, and Bill Swartzlander singer, formerly from Torque.
