Four Sunday evening live Jazz performances in the historic 1793 Old Slater Mill factory in downtown Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Tenor-saxophonist George Garzone, a well-respected educator at Berklee and a versatile improviser, formed The Fringe with bassist Richard Appleman and drummer Bob Gullotti in 1978 to have an outlet for free and open improvisation.

Between 1978 and 1982, the original unit recorded three albums for their Ap-Gu-Ga label.

At the time of their fourth release for their label in 1986, John Lockwood was the band's bassist. With this lineup they made additional recordings for Popular Arts (1989) and Soul Note (1992).

The Fringe has been very popular in the Boston area and continues to perform today, 40 years after their debut.

Includes table seating for four people, and a bottle of red or white wine. Six tables available.

Beer, wine and soft drinks will be sold during the show.
