Learn to prepare and serve beautiful 5 course vegan meals and share them with friends old and new! Learn how to lose weight, feel better, and improve your health from industry expert Betsy Bragg M.Ed., M.A.. Through the Eat to Thrive program, weekly lectures, food prep demonstrations and sprouting tips all are included in this 10 week package. Every Thursday 6:00 - 9:pm health coaches and experts can help personalize a plan to improve your body, mind, and spirit. Eat to Thrive bases their concepts on the Hippocrates Health Institute life transformational program and is bringing them from West Palm Beach, FL up to Pointe of Pointe of Pines in Revere, MA and Brooklyn, NY.

During the 10 weeks of this program, you will not only be able to change your life, but you will learn the skills required to ensure a long, healthy life for your family as well. Those interested in sharing their knowledge of health and nutrition with others have the option of receiving a health educator certification through this program. Others who only seek exposure to the material can audit the program for a lower fee. Every person who enrolls will enjoy the benefits of finding a community of people passionate about creating healthy behaviors and supporting others in pursuit of the same goals.

Come in the afternoon and swim at the private beach.
