Dr. Venus Maher In Concert March 30th - Benefit for the Threshold Choir

Dr. Venus Maher has created a concert of original music to touch your heart, and inspire your soul. She is joined by guest musicians & singers, including members of the Threshold Choir. The concert will be held on March 30th at 7:00 pm, at the Glaser Center, 547 Mendocino Ave, Santa Rosa. A multimedia display of Dr. Maher's silk painting and photography will accompany the concert. Refreshments will be available at intermission. All funds that exceed costs will benefit the Threshold Choir, who sing in 3-part harmony for those on the thresholds of life.

Dr. Venus Maher is a chiropractor, singer/songwriter, artist, photographer, and author. She has written over 200 songs from life and has chosen the best to share with you at this event. The genres include jazz, folk, inspirational and a touch of rock and reggae. She is also the director of the local Sonoma County Threshold Choir, one of 200 choirs worldwide who sing for those at the thresholds of life. Dr. Maher finds music to be as essential as eating or drinking and has written the highs and lows of life into harmonic melodies. She hopes this event lift your spirits, and touch your heart.
