Breathe to the rhythm of the tides during this all-levels yoga practice by the Salish Sea! Relax and rewind in our center for this quarterly class led by Hot Feet Fitness in Burien. ESC members can attend for free.
Beginners or experienced folks are welcome for this unique opportunity. If you have them, please bring a mat and water bottle. We will provide all additional props, as well as a few mats.
With a focus on holistic health and sustainability, Hot Feet Fitness has created a welcoming atmosphere for people with any level of fitness experience. Classes range from high intensity fitness, to restorative yin yoga, as well as offerings of senior yoga and yoga playtime for children. Specific to the feel within each of the classes, Hot Feet instructors provide options for all body types and ability levels.
