We will begin our time together getting settled a brief group conversation and instructions on our practice with a break before starting the session. We then embark upon an exceptional exploratory evening of renewal (optionally) amplified with cannabis plant medicine.
I will guide us through active and often vigorous kundalini body and breathe movements that will ground our intentions and connect us energetically. With specially selected music, well align breath, movement and sound to enter an inner world of somatic experience that can lead to deep transformation, physical and emotional healing.
These approaches will reconnect you with yourself at the deepest and most intimate level and give you fresh INNER perspective to serve as a compass for your life.

Countless people around the world use the practices that I guide without any outside substances. It's always up to you.
HOW MUCH CANNABIS SHOULD I CONSUME?
Everyone's relationship to cannabis is different. Generally, cannabis "micro-dosing" with our powerful meditative approaches gives a dynamic lift to our practices.
IS IT SAFE?
Yes. I curate an evening of safety and connection for you. Often we navigate our lives in a state of stress on edge, anxious or heightened self-doubt. This inner exploration creates an energetic alignment that is deeply healing and offers portals to spiritual connection and awakening. I am a certified teacher of Emotional Liberation and base much of my work on the ancient discipline from India called kundalini. I'm also a clinical nutritionist, ceremonialist and plant spirit guide.

I guide Elevation Ceremonies, salon experiences and Emotional Liberation coaching to support people in enriching and healing their lives. I've been a group facilitator, speaker, and mentor for personal and collective transformation for more than two decades.
