BRAND X: In Concert! (Born Ugly -- Still Ugly Tour)
Funk-Rock-Fusion Legends BRAND X come to BALTIMORE for the first time in years. DEC 15 (Sat) at the unique "ORION STUDIOS" -- a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see these masters up close & personal. BRAND X are well-known for their dynamic and energetic live shows. Anyone who has seen them has a story or two to tell -- and not all of them musical. In some circles they may be best known for being "Phil Collins' other band besides Genesis", but for many musicians and those truly in the know, there is no one quite like BRAND X. Founding members John Goodsall (Guitars) & Percy Jones (Bass) keep the BRAND X carry the band's torch into the future with a group that many are claiming as "The best live Brand X ever." Members of YES, Dream Theater, Kansas, The Dixie Dregs, Metallica and many others have come out of the woodwork to experience BRAND X on their recent shows. The American and English press have been raving about the bands live escapades, and next February BRAND X will play on YES' massive "Cruise To The Edge" from February 4-9, 2019. For some of the most melodic and unique songwriter ever to raise it's ugly head in the music world, including some serious fusion chops, and subtle world beat dynamics, to offbeat British humor, it's all in an evening with BRAND X. And there will be much rejoicing... Gentlemen, we recommend you wear your best Jock-Strap. Ladies, dig out your best Straight Jacket because Intense & Reckless Abandonment lies just around the corner in a 23/16 time signature.
BX Management Note: This show is December 15 2018 (Sat). Only a very limited number of seats at this unique venue. If the Dec 15 show sells out in advance, we will look at adding a second night on Dec 16 (Sun).
