4th Annual QTIPOC Conference: Rediscovering Our Magic
The 4th Annual Upper Midwest Queer and Trans Indigenous People and People of Color (QTIPOC) Conference seeks to mobilize our communities' deep commitment to centering the expertise, identities, vulnerabilities, lived experiences, and leadership of those most impacted by the social, political, economical, and structural injustices against our communities. Our mission is to create a revolutionary loving and learning space where we can celebrate our struggles, rediscover our magic, and thrive together.
Who can attend this conference? Attendance is open to all community members from the midwest and surrounding states. Please keep in mind that the conference will be centered on the voices and identities of queer and/or trans Indigenous and queer and/or trans people of color. If you identify as an ally, we ask you to please think critically about how your identity and attendance affects the queer and/or trans Indigenous and queer and/or trans people of color in this space.
What is included with registration? Your registration grants you full access to workshops, panels, keynote speakers, food, the art gallery and entertainment. Registration by the end of the day March 31, 2018 guarantees you some free swag!
What if I want to attend for only one day? Is the cost the same? Yes. The cost is a flat rate for the entire weekend, regardless of which days you attend or don't attend.
