Spiral of Compassion: A New Years 5Rhythms® Benefit in Charlottesville, VA
Through the darkness of heartache and loss come heart wisdom and great compassion. It's only through deep abiding LOVE that we are able to transform ourselves and our community. This evening will be an opportunity for investigation of where we are individually and collectively as we reflect, resound and expand with a journey into the 5Rhythms practice! We will end our New Year's Celebration with a purifying crystal bowl sound bath meditation with Anita Holt! Join Karen Chapman certified 5Rhythms teacher and Debby Norton, Teacher in Training and 5Rhythms Spaceholder at Fry's Spring Beach Club 2512 Jefferson Park Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903
Time: 9:30pm-1am, fee is sliding scale $25-50.You will be able to pay at the door too! We look forward to celebrating New Year 2018 with you! Karen and Deb!
