Khmai-Yan Cafe Pop Up
Chef Joshua Walbolt will be hosting a pop-up featuring his new style of cooking, bringing South East Asian flavors and presenting them in ways we didn't know we could enjoy them.
Come on down on November 20th 2017 to take part in our first Pop-up in the twin cities as we start to launch our series of tasty one-day events.

Mission Statement
What We Do:
We cook delicious comforting foods and serve it in a sincere and hospitable manner. We find a location that will collaborate with our team and feature our menu and chefs for a lunch and/or dinner.
Khmai-Yan Cuisine:
Kamayan (Kuh-MY-an), A Filipino feast using your hands is an influence in the style of food we cook. As the Chef being half Khmer and Thai, as well as being engaged to a BEAUTIFUL Filipino woman, I will be preparing food with an interpretation of South East Asian dishes in a refined fun casual way. Being trained in casual to high-end restaurants, we will offer a variety of menus depending upon our clientele and space we are offered to utilize.
What we have to offer:
My vision for refined, casual South East Asian cuisine served with astounding hospitality is something I have not yet discovered in the twin cities. Our goal is to offer a whole new style of cuisine in this area to provide an experience for guests that they may not be able to find anywhere else. We choose to support local businesses and farmers to provide the freshest and tastiest dishes we can.

How Much Though: 35$ for bar snacks, appetizer and choice from 1 of 2 entrees and dessert.
