What is Lomography you ask? Its a wild, quirky camera movement that began in 1992 dedicated to all things analog and experimental. Lomography stands for a freer, louder style of shooting and promotes creative photography as a way to communicate, capture, and absorb the world.
In this hands-on workshop, youll get the analog experience from start to finish! Learn the inner workings of a film camera as you build your own fully functional 35mm Konstruktor F SLR camera with the help of Austin-based LomoAmigo Katrina Barber. Youll then go over some photography basics like exposure to make sure your photos turn out picture perfect. Once the workshop concludes, load your camera up with a complementary roll of 35mm film and start shooting! The camera is yours to keep.
Don't miss this opportunity to shake up your photography game with a camera you build yourself. Lomo on!
