The Vegetable Dinner: Parsnips & Persimmons

The Vegetable Dinners are warm gatherings of 18 Reasons community members sharing a delicious, family-style vegetarian meal that highlights rock-star vegetables from our local farm's bounty.

This month we're featuring PARSNIPS & PERSIMMONS and will have Bi-Rite's produce buyer and farmer Simon Richard on hand to tell the story of growing and harvesting these amazing foods.

The Vegetable Dinners are BYOB as a way for attendees to participate in the feast and get to know their neighbor at the table. It is requested that each diner (or couple) bring a beverage or two (alcoholic or not) to share.
