Cold Spanish Soups: Chill out in the South of Spain

Everyone knows gazpacho and the countless takes on it contemporary chefs have developed. But gazpacho is
only one of many cold soups that stem from warm Andalucía. In this class we will prepare other our own take on
gazpacho, as well as other delicious cold soups, such as ajoblanco and salmorejo, which are both nutritious and
refreshing, perfect for the summer months. Soups will be served with country breads and a Spanish Salad plus a sip of fino sherry
