Winemaker Dinner with Catherine Breton (Domaine Breton

Please join us for a four course meal with winemaker Catherine Breton from Domaine Breton in the Loire Valley. Along with her husband Pierre, Catherine Breton produces amazing cabernet franc (and a bit of chenin blanc) from Chinon and Bourgeuil and the Loire Valley.

Catherine is in town for the Kermit Lynch trade tasting, and will join us tonight for a special meal prepared by Morgan Maki and Sam Mogannam from Bi-Rite Market.

Wines featured will be:
N/V Vouvray "La Dilettante" (sparkling Chenin Blanc)
2008 Bourgeuil "La Dilettante" (Cabernet Franc)
2007 Bourgeuil "Trinch" (Cabernet Franc)
2005 Chinon "Les Picasses" (Cabernet Franc)
